Chestnut Flats POA Meeting

Dear Chestnut Flats Land Owner,

We have scheduled our annual Property Owners' Meeting for December 17th at noon. The meeting will be virtual and accessible via the Zoom link below. We will discuss the progress the development team and the homeowners made in 2023, the Black Bear Fire & our emergency plan for the mountain, and our goals for 2024 and beyond. A more detailed agenda will be sent out before the meeting.

The meeting details have been emailed to your account of record. If you need us to resend the link, please let us know.

We anticipate multiple Zoom meetings with our property owners in 2024, so do not worry if you cannot make the meeting this month. We will send everyone a summary after the Zoom, and if we do not see you in December, we will look forward to seeing you via Zoom in the spring of 2024.
