A Note from the Developer

Thank you to everyone who attended the Property Owner meeting and participated so enthusiastically in the conversation. The discussion about what makes Chestnut Flats special when compared to other mountain communities and how those unique attributes can be used in marketing efforts will be pivotal to our success. We will be following up shortly regarding hunting activities on the mountain, I-40 updates, and anything else that affects our community. As always, please feel free to contact us with any questions or issues.

Sincerely,

Tim Rizer & Mike Dyer
